Refund Policy
Overview
CLASSIC SERVICES offers access to the Proz Player software as described on prozplayer.live. This Refund Policy explains eligibility and procedures for refunds.
Eligibility
- Trial and monthly plans: If you purchase a recurring monthly subscription and encounter technical issues that prevent use, contact support within 7 days for refund consideration.
- Longer plans (6- and 12-month): Refunds are considered within 14 days of purchase only for technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Lifetime access: Generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate purchase or proven inability to deliver the product as described). Requests must be submitted within 30 days.
Non-eligible cases
- No refunds for change of mind, user error, or for issues caused by third-party devices, incompatible hardware, or illegal use of media files.
- No refunds if you obtained or used media content in violation of laws or these Terms.
How to request a refund
- Email support@prozplayer.live with your account details, order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
- Our support team may request additional information to verify the problem and will attempt to resolve the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate by emailing support@prozplayer.live with further details. Governing law for disputes is India.
