Proz Player is a personal media management and playback application. We provide software that runs on your own devices to index and play media files you own. We do not provide, host, stream, sell, or distribute any media content, streaming links, or third-party copyrighted works.

User responsibilities

• You must only use Proz Player with media files you legally own or are licensed to use.
• You must not use our software to share, distribute, or enable access to copyrighted or unauthorized content.
• You must not attempt to circumvent security or reverse-engineer our software.

Purchases and access plans

• Access plans and pricing are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payment grants a license to use the software as specified for the selected plan.
• Lifetime purchases grant a perpetual license for the current product and updates as described at the time of sale; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
